Job Summary
Kforce is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a remote/hybrid role in Orlando, FL. This strategic position focuses on architecting future-state solutions, bridging complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions, and driving transformation. The CRM Business Analyst will define optimal processes, challenge assumptions, and ensure technical solutions, especially within the Salesforce ecosystem, deliver measurable business value. The role involves strategic process architecture, requirements management, and ensuring systems and solution synergy across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Must Have
- Facilitate workshops to map 'As-Is' and design optimized 'To-Be' workflows
- Conduct gap analyses and root cause investigations
- Translate business goals into BRDs, functional flows, and data models
- Build consensus among stakeholders and ensure traceability of requirements
- Act as CRM/Salesforce SME, perform fit-gap analysis, optimize platform usage, and champion UAT
- Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- 8+ years of high-impact Business Analysis experience
- Deep experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Understand Salesforce object model, limitations, and leverage it to solve problems
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, Monday.com

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- CBAP Certification
- Salesforce Admin/Consultant Certification
- Consultative or client-facing role experience
- Ability to explain complex data models to non-technical stakeholders and business strategy to developers

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who goes beyond gathering requirements to serve as a strategic architect for future-state solutions. This role bridges complex business challenges and innovative technical solutions, driving transformation from inefficiencies to excellence. The CRM Business Analyst will define what should be, not just document what is. Acting as a "Critical Friend," you'll challenge assumptions, uncover root causes, and ensure every technical solution—especially within the CRM (Salesforce) ecosystem—delivers measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Process Architecture: Facilitate workshops to map "As-Is" and design optimized "To-Be" workflows; Conduct gap analyses and root cause investigations
- Requirements Management: Translate business goals into BRDs, functional flows, and data models; Build consensus among stakeholders and ensure traceability of requirements
- Systems & Solution Synergy: Act as CRM/Salesforce SME, perform fit-gap analysis, optimize platform usage, and champion UAT; Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Preferred Certifications: CBAP; Salesforce Admin/Consultant
- 8+ years of high-impact Business Analysis experience, preferably in a consultative or client-facing role
- Deep experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is mandatory; You do not just know Salesforce exists; You understand its object model, its limitations, and how to leverage it to solve real-world problems
- A Storyteller: You can explain complex data models to non-technical stakeholders and business strategy to developers without missing a beat
- A Diplomat: You navigate office politics and conflicting priorities with grace, driving consensus without needing to be the "boss"
- A Self-Starter: You do not wait for permission to fix a broken process; You see a problem, you analyze it, and you propose a solution
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable diving into Jira to manage backlogs one hour and presenting a strategic deck in Google Slides the next
- Deep CRM & Salesforce expertise (object model, limitations, optimization)
- Technical Toolkit: Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio
- Collaboration: Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Execution: Mastery of Jira (for agile management) and Confluence (for knowledge base)
- Visualization: Proficiency with Miro, Monday.com, Lucidchart, or Visio for visual
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
